Crochet boy’s bear hat and a scarf (free pattern) 9

I started to prepare for Autumn and my crafts from post ‘Almost finished!’ became finished:

Firstly, I crocheted hat, a scarf, 4 big and 8 small circles. I followed the pattern (the 1st below) from Chinese knit and crochet book, but the hat’s edge started to wave so, I used another pattern (2nd below):

(If you want to crochet this set for a girl, just use the flowers instead of teddy’s heads on the ends of scarf and on the hat’s sides covering ears. Flower pattern is on the top right conner of this pattern (above).

So, to crochet a hat I followed this pattern (above) just skipped last 4 rows for ears covers making.

Then I made 4 teddy’s heads from all the circles. For 1 teddy’s head you need 1 big circle (head) and 2 small ones (ears). I sewed on 2 buttons to make eyes and stitched nose and a mouth with a black yarn.

My daughter was helping me, like always:)

So, when all 4 teddy’s heads were finished, I stitched them on the ends of scarf and on the sides of the hat covering ears. Then I inserted 3 pieces of yarn to the teddy’s heads on the hat and braided them:

And for the end I made a knob and cut the ends of the yarns.

Enjoy!
